User Guide

  • 1

Spray cleaner on the surface to be cleaned with a clean cloth to prevent dusts.

    - Failure to remove contaminants such as moisture, oil or dust during production may result in serious degradation of adhesion performance.
    - When washing with solvents, etc., the solvent may not be completely dried and the adhesion may decrease if remaining.

  • 2

Keep the minimum attachment temperature (10°C) in an environment where appropriate temperature-to-humidity is maintained.

  • 3

Work uniformly to prevent air bubbles during adhesion work, and squeeze hard to a pressure greater than 2kg.

  • 4

Adhere to a sufficient area because Adhesive force is proportional to the area attached.

  • 5

Remove the form paper and take care not to get dust or other foreign substances.

  • 6

If you squeeze it with gloves or dirty cloth after attaching it, the adhesion may decrease due to foreign substances.
Be sure to use the specified Hera.

  • 7

After attachment, 24 hours must be passed in summer and 72 hours in winter before final adhesion performance can be achieved
